    Good for beginners

    The dvd was good for beginners and explained well. Also included advanced techniques, but the demonstrator explained that you don't have to start with the advanced stuff. I felt encouraged and nourished.

    Wonderful fluid movements

    I love this video. The techniques are explained perfectly and the focus on breath and relaxation makes this video well worth it.

    WOULD NOT SUGGEST PURCHASING THIS DVD.

    THEY SHOWED THE QIGONG MOVEMENTS; HOWEVER THERE WAS NO EXPLANATION OF HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE. VERY UNINFORMATIVE. YOU COULD GET MORE INFORMATION FREE OFF THE INTERNET.
