It is a little bit too '80s but the lady is very motivating and the exercises can be broken up if you do not have too much time. It is good for toning but if you would like to lose weight, you need a good cardio video. You need weights and a mat for this one. It does a really good job with the legs and butt region but I am a little disappointed with the ab and arm part.

This is a great workout video. You do need to add a cardio routine, which she tells you in the video. Her workouts are great for women on the move. YOU will see results.
