This dvd has more emphasis on the instructors lack of clothes than on excerise. She continually bends over so that the camra can zoom onto her bust. I was appalled by the sexual overtures displayed. This is not suitable for viewing in front of children. My copy is going in the garbage can.
While the instructors 'outfit' is a little revealing, I never thought it bordered on pornography. She is, afterall, an aerobics instructor and I think the video was made in the 80's or early 90's when aerobic wear was on the skimpy side. You get three different workouts for buns and three for abs that are about 15 minutes each. This is great because you can do a little of both everyday and still change it up to avoid repetition. It is low-impact and the instructor also recommends doing something for cardio (like jogging) in addition to the tape. You definitely feel the work-out, so you don't feel like you're just wasting your time. I would recommend this tape to people who want quick toning exercise.
I have used these exercises for years. First, when it was VHS, and bought the DVD. Tamilee gives great instructions and is easy to follow. You do not need a lot of workout space either. I take this workout and Kathy Smith workout listed below when travelling with my laptop. I don't find it indecent. The camera zooms in the the area your working on so you can get a clearer idea of proper form. When I do these exercises regularly, I have had more people compliment my body and I'm in my 40's. I add treadmill walks as my cardio and would recommend to anyone.
I used this video years ago and still have it on VHS. It worked for me. In three weeks i had incredible abs and such good abdominal control. I started working out again and couldn't find my vhs and knew I had to order this on DVD. You will love it and you will definitely see and feel the results.
