This DVD has a ton of material on it. There are an intro yoga and cool-down yoga plus drills on the first DVD. The drills are well done and you will actually notice the difference after just a few times. Plus they are set up well enough that they remain interesting after you have dome them a lot. The shimmy drill is awesome but not for beginners. I haven't even begun to get into the second DVD. The dance choreographies are fairly intense and a little above my ability so I have focused on the first disc. There is also a yoga for back-bending and another cool down yoga on disc 2. Even if you are not into this particular style of belly dance, I think this is one of the best DVDs on the market.
