Overview

A hyperactive Chihuahua named Ren and his brainless cat pal, Stimpy, headlined this cartoon series on Nickelodeon. The duo's zany adventures were accompanied by gross-out humor and outlandish sight gags. Series creator John Kricfalusi provided the original voice of Ren and former `Howard Stern Show' member Billy West voiced Stimpy, until creative differences between Kricfalusi and the cable channel led to his exit, leaving West to take on Ren's character as well.
