This is a really fun dance-aerobic video. I never get bored with it. The first 30 minutes include a 5 minute warm-up, 20 minutes of great dance-aerobics, and a very relaxing 5 minute cool-down. The second 30 minutes is for toning. Wrists weights are recommended. The toning is mostly for upper/arms and lower/legs. No toning for the abs.
