This is a great sequel to Sweatin' #1. The moves are easy and the music is so much fun. The people are excited and it gets you excited. Great for beginners because it keeps you interested with the oldies and the pace is fun. I lost weight!

Simmons is very easy to follow and for the most part - doesn't create complicated routines. The toughest routine to follow was Elvis Presley's Jailhouse rock - because with everyone one coming up to sing - Simmons wasn't always able to provide instructions. Not bad though.

If you liked Volume 1, you'll love Volume 2 of Sweatin' to the Oldies. Again, it is a gentle workout that makes you sweat. Anytime you move, it is good for you but Richard Simmons makes it fun and easy. He'll NEVER ask you to do something that is beyond your endurance. This is another winner for ladies who want to work out but don't want to feel like they've run a marathon.
