The best thing about the Richard Simmons exercise videos is that they use real people to demonstrate the dances. We are talking about all sizes and all shapes - not just another string of perfect bodies doing perfect exercises. Most of the people on this video have lost meaningful amounts of weight, but still have a ways to go. Also, the camera catches a flub or two here and there. That is more than OK, its a big part of the fun. The people are relaxed and enjoying themselves, so it is fun to work along with them. For me, the fifty or so minutes of this tape just fly by.
