    THE BEST STUFF I HAVE EVER USED

    DEAR RICHARD, THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEOS I LOVE THEM. I WAS TRYING TO HELP SOME BODY TO LOSE SOME WEIGHT AND SHE MOVED TO NC AND I NEVER SAW HER OR THE VIDEOS AGAIN. BUT ANYWAY I MISS WORKING OUT WITH THEM THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO LOVE CATHRYN LEX. SC.

    Richard Simmons is the best!!

    I have many vides of Richard and my fav Sweating to the oldies. But ''disco sweat '' and '' tone and sweat'' are also very much a work out!!

    Sweatin' to the Oldies 4 is included!

    I love this 3 CD set. All of the CD's have the usual Richard Simmons energy! I just wanted to let people know that Sweat & Shout is the same exact video as Sweatin' to the Oldies 4.
