Overview

After reluctantly fulfilling her grandmother's dying wish by returning to the run down estate in which she was raised in order to properly prepare it for the real estate market, a young woman with a dark past must face off against a malevolent caretaker in filmmaker Rubi Zack frightful feature debut. Karen (Gina Phillips) just can't seem to shake the feeling that she's not alone on her grandmother's crumbling estate, and when she takes notice of shanty-dwelling caretaker Pierce (Tom Sizemore) she soon finds that her suspicions were well founded. Though the arrival of her sister does much to calm Karen's jangled nerves, her memories of the past soon begin taking on an increasingly ominous tone. Now, trapped in a house that seems to feed off of their fears and forced to fight for their lives against a sadistic madman, Karen must face the horrors of the past if she has any hope of surviving to see the future.

    Ring Around The Rosie

I saw this one fearnet and remembered gina phillips from one of my fave horror movies, jeepers creepers, she should have been in the second. anyway this is about a girl who from her grandmother goes to a mansion that has some weird memories left forgotten, and she tries to make sense on everything around her. The ending even reminded me of a tale of two sisters and for those who have seen that you'll know why if not then go see that one its awesome and a favorite of mine, hope the remake is good.
