Overview
Three weeks after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States, filmmaker Robert Taicher and a small film crew drive from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C. and New York City to examine the various issues surrounding the tragedy and American foreign policy by speaking with typical Americans, government officials, foreign policy experts, and journalists.
