Editorial Reviews

Barnes & Noble - Donald Liebenson
Sesame Street’s ubiquitous red monster gets spooked -- and likes it! Of course, Elmo has nothing to be scared of when he visits the Count's castle to share spooky jokes and songs. Elmo may be a monster, but as guest star Julia Roberts -- yes, Julia Roberts -- notes, he's also "cute and funny," and he makes us laugh. This reassuring Halloween special is more treat than trick, with count-along songs "Transylvania 1-2-3-4-5" and "Batty Bat", frighteningly awful puns, and a mummy that tap-dances to "Rubber Ducky." It's all good boos for Elmo fans.

    Too cute!!

By far my two-year-old's favorite DVD..It is too bad we can only limit it to Halloween time. Elmo is adorable, as usual, and the songs are catchy, but not annoying!!! I definitly would recommend it.
