A WONDERFUL STROLL DOWN MEMORY LANE

We purchased these for our grandchildren. They enjoyed them as much as our children did twenty-five years ago or so. I can't understand the notice that comes with the DVDs that these episodes of Sesame Street "may not meet the needs of today's children." They were just as engaging for our grandchildren as they were for our children. Nurtured children have the same needs today that children have always had. We enjoy them almost as much as our grandchildren do! DSD, Jefferson City, MO

Sesame Street Old School is just as suitable for today's children as they were when I was a child. As a matter of fact I believe they are more appropriate than today's episodes. There was much more learning incorporated throughout the shows and much more in tune with multiculturalism. Today's shows are much more focused on Elmo and pop stars. We need to go back to the basics! My children love both volumes’ I and II.
