My son loved these songs - he is now 14 and still remembers most of them. I have a new baby and am buying this for her. Unfortunately, the video we had was sold at a yard sale many years ago.

Somehow this video is the only one that could keep the attention of this baby of mine. She watches the entire thing intensely and cries when it's over to see it again!! I'm buying it now again in DVD format for my second daughter. Would recommend to anyone.

My son, the sax player, just left for college today with a computer program major &amp a music minor. He thinks he'd like to be a Parish musician. It's usually part time work, but I am still thankful for this tape. It has helped my son to explore not only his music, but his faith. When I read the reviews of how this tape has helped mentally disabled children I have no doubt. Thanks for putting this in DVD format now. It's worth it. You might have to explain just WHO the people are in this film now though!

We bought this video for our grandson for his first birthday. Since then our 35 year old son and 14 year old grandson requested a copy last Christmas. It is fun for the family of all ages from grandparents to child. It is our young grandson's favorite of all the sesame videos.

I work with Severely Cognitively Impaired children. Once a week we play a video for our students. Sing Yourself Silly is a favorite. We find the combination of Muppets with 'real' people and music help our students stay focused for the entire video. Wow! That says a lot for these children. We've been using this video for many years now. I'm so pleased it is still available. I keep a copy of it at my home for my grandchildren too. It's a happy, toe tappin', want to sing along tape. It's also fun for adults to enjoy watching the stars in their younger years.

my 13 months old son never watch TV. but I noticed that Elmo can get his attention, and I need sometimes to do things without him crying or nagging. the past reviews helped me decide to choose this tape. when i put the tape he will watch it totally ' and so do we'.all the time I am siging 'put down the ducky'. if only it was longer than 14 minutes...

I GAVE AWAY THIS VIDEO YEARS AGO TO A MOTHER AND SHE TOLD ME HER DAUGHTER LOVED IT. TODAY, MY SON PLAYS THE SAX AND I KEEP THINKING OF ''PUT DOWN THE DUCKEY'' AND LAST YEAR ONE OF OUR DOCTOR'S BROUGHT IN HIS CHILD AND I SAID SHE REMINDED ME A ''LADY BUG PICNIC''! MY HUSBAND, MY SON, AND I HAVE ALL BEEN DEEPLY EFFECTED BY THESE SONGS WITH EVEN WORLD FAMOUS OPERA LEVEL MUSICIANS THAT TAKE THE TIME TO ENTERTAIN YOUR CHILD...THIS IS PRICELESS!!! BELIEVE ME, MY SON IS NOW THIRTEEN! I ONLY WISH EVERYONE COULD WITNESS WHAT THEY TAUGHT.

My 16 month old daughter absolutely loves this video. She is familiar with all the beloved Sesame Street characters and loves to sing and dance along with each and every one of them. There isn't a day that goes by that Sing Yourself Silly isn't played in our house.

My 10 month old son loves this tape, just like my 8 year old did when he was 6 months to 3 years old. Great fun songs like ''Put Down the Duckie'' and ''Mary had a bicycle''. My wife and I love it too. We probably have seem it a 100 times.
