Editorial Reviews

Barnes & Noble
A high-water mark in low television, The Simple Life took the BBC’s Manor House concept and turned it on its pointy head, stranding a pair of globe-trotting rich girls on an Arkansas farm for a month of deprivation and humiliation. Celebrity socialite Paris Hilton (as in Hilton Hotels) and her Hollywood pal Nicole Richie (daughter of Lionel "Dancing on the Ceiling" Richie) represent the idle rich with, it seems, little sense of shame. And it’s this cluelessness -- wondering aloud, as Hilton does at one point, whether Wal-Mart sells "wall stuff" -- that makes The Simple Life such a guilty pleasure.

    The Simle Life Simply Hilarious

I have seen every episode of The Simple Life several times and I laugh out loud during the whole show. I think it's totally funny!! The other reality shows are garbage, but this one is well-worth watching. Paris and Nicole are funny and so are the Ledings. It's a feather in their cap at FOX. SCORE and BONUS!

The Funiest moviein a long time

This movie is about two city girls that go to the farm land and rty to work. It is hillarious to see two people that have never worked in their lifes try to work in a field of work they know nothing about.
