A true crime writer moves into a house where a family was murder

A true crime writer moves into a house where a family was murdered and soon learns the carnage goes much deep than just this one family. When it comes to the creep factor this movie is hard to beat. Probably the best for the last couple of years. The ending is slightly predictable, but as a whole the movie is still good.
