Let me start off by saying that I did read the book first, and though I am not completely Vegan, I am definately starting to slowly lean that way. I also did something smart that I always do before I purchase any exercise DVD and that was renting it first. Since you can't return an opened DVD I always rent it and watch it first before I spend the money. In the end, I actually liked the workouts. Rory and Kim are different, and they don't exactlly warn you before they move on to the next exercise and they don't always have perfect form, but to me that just means they are human, like me. Once you do the workouts a few times you get the hang of the routine and they do have alternate ways of doing the exercises for those who can't do it at first.
I read the book before I watched the work out DVD. Absolutely amazing, and along with diet and cardio, I've completely noticed a difference!! These Ladies are amazing at everything they do! CANNOT WAIT FOR THE BOOT CAMP DVD!
