Skinny Bitch Fitness: Boot CampDirector: Rory Freedman, Kim Barnouin
This "boot camp" program features a tough workout program inspired by the best-selling book Skinny Bitch. By incorporating cardio and conditioning exercises designed to burn fat while strengthening the muscles (and, of course, a proper diet) weight loss and toning can be achieved simultaneously and sooner rather than later. ~ Tracie Cooper

I don't know where to begin. This is just downright bad. It sounded great and the title was fun but it was too much to handle. A poorly made DVD where the instructors constantly call say things like come on bitches and you can do it bitches. They rattle on and on. I considered just turning down the volume. I tried to get past their cocky attitudes and mouths because I expected a good workout but that didn't happen either. I'm going to trash this one.
These two dvds were was on sale at my grocery store, boot camp and the tone body. It took me 15 minutes to get to the workout part of the workout dvd.
It kept going back to the beginning.
I agree with the first reviewer, all the yap yap yap, who wants a dvd where you have to listen to unprofessional cr** every day.
The dark headed girl's form is sloppy. It's called boot camp,
I thought it would be a challenge, I never even broke a sweat.
I may not be a skinny b!tc#, but I'm an inshape, muscular one.
I don't even want to put the other dvd in the dvd player.
I just want my money back!
