    A look into the monster

This film is one for the die-hards: an artistic glance into Slipknot's two years of touring to promote their third album. The footage is not the the faint of heart, but open a window into the world of one of the most popular rock bands of all time. If you can get past the throwing up, on-stage injuries, and bathroom antics, you will see a genuinely creative film that lends (some) method to the madness.

    more from this reviewer

    Boring, skip it.

First, I'm a member of the Outside of the 9 club and a long time Fan, but this movie sucked. Shawn Crahan (Clown) called this a movie and not a DVD because it took 3 1/2 years to make. But it wasn't what I expected. It follows the band through the coarse of their touring and a bunch of backstage antics. The live video looked like it was filmed on a cell phone. Stick to "Disasterpiece". I only forced myself to watch 45 minutes of this film then turned it off and gave it to my brother. I feel bad to trash one of my favorite band but damn.
