    STEVIE NICKS NEVER WRITES/SINGS A SONG WITHOUT A REASON

    MISS NICKS IS IN HER BEST VOCALS SINCE FLEETWOOD MAC. HER SADNESS DURING LINDSEY BUCKINGHAM'S SOUNDSTAGE PERFORMANCE HAD ME WONDERING WHAT WAS WRONG. LATER, AFTER SEEING THIS WE ALL LEARN. HER DEAR FATHER DIED IN AUGUST OF 2005. JUST TWO-THREE MONTHS BEFORE L. BUCKINGHAM'S OWN TOUR DE FORCE SOUNDSTAGE PERFORMANCE. CLARITY UNVEILED. IN THIS MONTAGE OF TWO PERFORMANCES AS WILD AND FREE SPIRITED AS IN EARLIER TIMES. NEVER PULLING BACK AND ALWAYS GIVING TO THOSE WHOM TRULY APPRECIATE HER VOCALS AND TALENT. THANK YOU FOR WALKING THRU THE FIRES TO SEE THAT PEOPLE STILL WILL LINE UP A COUNTRY MILE TO HEAR YOU SING AND PERFORM. YOU ARE MAGIC!

    Great Concert

    This is a great concert. Up close and personal with Stevie Nicks at her best. Her voice never sounded better. Turn your home theater sound up and enjoy!

    Question to those that have this

    How is this different from Soundstage as I already have that. I wondered if any coverage from her Rosemont, IL concert Oct 2007 as I was there. I can't wait to see her again, her music stirs every emotion I know.

    Great to See a New Release from Stevie Nicks

    This DVD has much more songs than the Soundstage Sessions CD, has several better songs, and includes nine of the ten songs that the Soundstage Sessions CD features. However, the Soundstage Sessions CD has "Beauty & the Beast," which the DVD does not have. And, how can you listen to a DVD in your car or on your stereo?

    The songs other than "Beauty and the Beast" appear to come from the same performance on the CD and DVD. I like the versions of "Landslide" ss well as "Crash Into Me" and "Sara" on the CD and DVD. The songs "Gold Dust Woman" and "Dreams" make the DVD a smart purchase.

    The camera work for the DVD was edited meticulously, and the stage visuals are dazzling. Stevie tells intriguing stories before the songs like what inspired her to write "Dreams" and how she worked in a restaurant.

    I wasn't sure if her version of the Led Zeppelin song that goes "it's been a long time before I rock and rolled" was meant to be taken literally. The Stevie Nicks band should play often because there's no one who matches her enthusiasm and magic on stage.

    Awesome Concert

    I have the luxury of seeing Stevie Nicks live in this tour and it was the BEST concert I have ever seen. In additon I saw FM Unleashed Tour in Chicago and that was also remarkable.
