    Wrong listing

This is not the correct movie. After three failed attempts to send me Peur Sur La Ville, Barnes and Noble finally realized that they do not stock Peur Sur La Ville. They were confusing it with this Peter Fonda movie called Night Caller (see image above). I don't know why they have not updated the listing.

    Silly but fun

I saw this film twice while I lived in France and just fell in love with Jean-Paul Belmondo. He is so cocky and is what would have been called at one time an "active man". He did all his own stunts for this movie and some of them are pretty impressive. The plot is clichéd but the experimental (if a bit heavy-handed) cinematography and the real-life shots around 1970s Paris make up for any shortcomings. Highly enjoyable.
