Barnes & Noble
You would think after six outrageous seasons, South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone would have no taboos left to break, no group of people to offend. The Complete Seventh Season proves hilariously otherwise: Cartman decides that the easiest way to get rich is to form a Christian-rock band in "Christian Rock Hard"; civic-minded celebrity Rob Reiner shows up to help enforce the town’s new smoking ban in "Butt Out"; the Queer Eye for the Straight Guy crew spreads metrosexuality across town in “South Park Is Gay!”; and a very nice Mormon family moves into town in "All About the Mormons?" You would think after six outrageous seasons, South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone would have no taboos left to break, no group of people to offend. The Complete Seventh Season proves hilariously otherwise: Cartman decides that the easiest way to get rich is to form a Christian-rock band in "Christian Rock Hard"; civic-minded celebrity Rob Reiner shows up to help enforce the town’s new smoking ban in "Butt Out"; the Queer Eye for the Straight Guy crew spreads metrosexuality across town in “South Park Is Gay!”; and a very nice Mormon family moves into town in "All About the Mormons?" Some of Season 7's best episodes are more absurd than controversial. The kids find out that Earth is actually a TV reality show that's about to have its series finale in "Cancelled," and they must appeal to the intergalactic network's executives not to end it. But no episode is as crazy -- or as funny -- as "Fat Butt and Pancake Head." In this season high point, Cartman enters a talent show with a Jennifer Lopez hand puppet (think Señor Wences) that becomes even more popular than the real J. Lo. He soon finds himself having to deal with record executives, Hollywood agents, and the affections of Ben Affleck. You could spend all day trying to figure out how Parker and Stone come up with such ideas, or just laugh yourself silly with this latest collections from one of television's most continually inspired shows.

South Park has still got it.

I have seen every episode of "South Park" ever aired. From the premier 5-minute, Christmas short up to the uproarious 9th season, Matt and Trey have created a comedic masterpiece. Even if they'd rather mock themselves than admit to it, "South Park" is a work of pop culture genious. Who would have ever thought that a bunch of foul-mouthed 4th Graders would make for such an entertaining television series. It's a show that is aware of its silliness and is never afraid to push the enevelope a bit farther. It satires our society and pop culture icons in such extereme ways, that it's ridiculousness is just sheer hysteria. Season 7 is no exception. While many are aware of the 7th season for the infamous Jennifer Lopez episode and "South Park is Gay!", there are also several overlooked episodes from the season. Such as "L'il Crime Stoppers" and "It's Christmas in Canada". If you love to laugh and even find the most easily offensive jokes to be hysterical, then "South Park" is for you.
