I love this dvd. You can do the 10 minute segments or make it 30 minutes!! And there is a cardio workout with this that is very good!! I love this dvd, I do it every day! This DVD is marketed to beginners because of the short workouts and the relative ease of the exercises. But I'm not a beginner and I love this DVD! Coach Nicole gives tips throughout the workout for ways to make the exercise more difficult so it's still a decent workout for those in the moderate range. I love the short workouts that I can fit in if I don't have much time that day.
This probably won't be challenging enough for someone who's completed a program like P90X, but I would definitely recommend it to beginning to moderate fitness levels.
