Overview

Trimark's feature length B-movie about mutant spiders comes to DVD in an almost bare-bones edition. Spiders is an update of the old classic 1950s movies about nature gone amuck. Also included are Spanish and French language tracks. Unfortunately the disc features only one small supplement, a behind-the-scenes "making of" documentary on Spiders. This includes interviews with some of the principle cast and crew, including actress Lana Parrilla and director Gary B. Jones. This short feature is fun for one viewing, though that's about it.

    Incredible

The fellow playing Martindale appears to be one of the best young actors since DeNiro.
