Square Pegs - A DVD to Own!

Square Pegs was a fun, though short-lived, sitcom from the early 80's. If you grew up then, or watched the show with your kids, or if you were ever a teenager, you will love having this complete (19 episodes + commentary) DVD set as part of your collection. The writing is snappy, the scenes hilarious. Ann Beatts, from Saturday Night Live, is the creator and she is right on target with what teenage life is all about. And yes, that IS Sarah Jessica Parker! Square Pegs follows the lives of Patty (Sarah Jessica Parker) and Lauren (Amy Linker) as they attempt to navigate their freshman year in high school. At the time of broadcast, Square Pegs had a huge cult following, and it still does today. Featured guests stars include Bill Murray, Martin Mull and Devo. Grab some popcorn and your favorite beverage and settle back for a bucket of giggles and a load of laughs!

Super cult favorite from the 80's

Finally we get to see the Slashman and Marshall Blechtman, Patty & Lauren and Jennifer and her gang in all their weird wonderfulness. Compare SJP's glammed out image now in her interview to her geeky past. Totally different head, totally!
