This is a pretty good movie but seemed to me like a rip-off of my favorite superhero, The Flash. This scientist is working on a project and an old workmate who had something go wrong is now out to kill him. The scientist ends up in the hospitle and his angry ex-coworker turns up the radiation on his legs and leaves him there to die. Instead of killing him it allows him to run at superhuman speed. One of the flaws with this is that he can movie his arms fast but the radiation was only on his legs. Also he has to drink a special blue liquid or he gets worn out and its hard for him to move. Decent movie but still a rip-off compaired to The Flash.
