English soundtracks are rendered in DTS 6.1, Dolby Digital 5.1, and Dolby Digital 2.0. English and Spanish subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include a commentary track recorded by director Paul Justman and producer Allan Slutsky. Deleted scenes and additional performance footage round out this excellent release. The Temptations is a made-for-TV biopic about the vocal group. The film is presented in a standard full-frame transfer that preserves the original broadcast aspect ratio of 1.33:1. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital Stereo. Supplemental materials include eight Temptations songs. This is a fine set for any fan of the music.
