Teenage sex from the Seventies is on the menu in this installment of BCI Eclipse's "Starlite Drive-In Theater" DVD series. Two ribald youth comedies from the archives of Crown International Pictures, The Pom-Pom Girls and The Van, are features on this two-sided disc. Both films have been transferred to disc in the full-frame aspect ratio of 1.33:1, and while the images may not have been letterboxed, they still look impressive, with the pictures clear and sharp, the colors appropriately bright and the source materials clean and well cared for. The audio for both films has been mastered in Dolby Digital Stereo, retaining the original monophonic mixes, and they sound fine given the vintage (and budgets) of the movies involved. The dialogue for both features is in English, with no multiple language options or subtitles included. Both films can be played with a "Drive-In Experience" option, in which the films are prefaced with movie trailers, snack bar ads and cartoons. This disc offers two T&A epics looking as good as they've ever likely to on home video, and fans of vintage exploitation fare will enjoy it.
