As the meteors start to fall, Col. Gerard Brauchman Christian Slater and his crew race frantically to stabilize the lunar base. Later, as life-support systems begin to fail, shape-shifting alien spores begin multiplying all over the base. Their numbers dwindling as the attack ramps up, the few surviving astronauts quickly realize that should they fail to contain it, the alien plague will soon reach planet Earth. Now, in the darkness of space, a handful of astronauts are the only thing standing between mankind and the end of life as we know it. Brendan Fehr and Michael Therriault co-star.

They wasted my time and money with this Blu-ray exercise in plot

They wasted my time and money with this Blu-ray exercise in plot or trope or idea or everything stealing. I love sci-fi movies, but this one has you counting the thefts and wishing the monster would put it out of its misery. Apparently from the Extras, the people had fun making it, but we who endured it did not. I'm praying for a resurrection of Ed Wood so we can at least have some new "cult" movies to enjoy and not be bored to death. It has Christian Slater as what??? It's like the old Japanese sci-fi movies where they had to have ONE AMERICAN CELEBRITY. Troma wouldn't touch this junk.
