One of my new favorite workouts. This workout is a "weight" workout. Being that you can vary the weights, the workout can be customized for beginner to advanced. Ms O'Brien also shows a more advanced variation in a small screen during part of the workout. She covers all body parts with a good warm-up and stretch cool-down.
