My back was injured by a trainer; two rotations of traditional physical therapy did little to alleviate the back and hip pain. Rami's Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises decreased the pain, tremendously increased flexibility (which was to be addressed in PT but was not), and introduced the importance of daily meditation for quality of life. The easy-to-follow DVD puts into visual practice what I've learned from Rami through his books and classes. I wouldn't be able to walk without limping without Rami's help.
