    AWESOME DVD!!!!

    I purchased this DVD and met SusieQ Personally while she was at the barnes and nobles @Lincoln Square in NYC. Within a Week I noticed a difference in my ARMS!!! The DVD was easy to follow for a beginner like myself.There was a lot of fun movements such as the Obama Swing(tm) and a few others. I strongly recommend this DVD.SusieQ is so fun,energetic and down to earth
