    Not the best...

I was disappointed in the DVD for several reasons. First, it is not very well cued. Though I watched it through before I did it and I've taken many yoga classes and am familiar with the poses, I still had difficulty following along - many times I had to stop, watch and rewind. Secondly, the routine moves to fast - often, you are only holding the pose for one breath. I never felt like I had a chance to settle in to the pose. All in all - I'd give this one a pass
