I really feel this kit is over priced. At first look, I thought this would be a great deal. Upon opening, reading the booklet and watching the dvd, I found it to be rather boring. I am a beginner to tai chi and I also have fibromyalgia and was told that this video is really good for people who suffer from arthritis or fibromyalgia. Some of the poses were just too difficult and I felt worse after trying this dvd. I will continue to learn the poses and will try to get my money's worth. I really feel though it is over priced.

This is another great work out for those new to Thi Chi, I'd recommend the Begginers video prior to this so you know the moves, but it is a great work out. The one thing of note. All the Videos I've used so far by David Darian-Ross have a left right problem. I don't know if they flipped the film or his narrative is backwards. Either way, it can be confusing at first. His other videos are available at this site, but searching for them is a challenge and will take some effort. B&N needs a better search engine.

I read the reviews. One thing that viewers has to realize is that the movements were supposed to be mirror movements; that is, when Dorian moves his left, the viewer should move his/her right - mirror image. This will eliminate confusion.

I've watched the program several times and it seems to be a good workout and introduction to T'ai Chi. The audio is confusing to follow, as the instructor mixes up the right/left directions, so after a couple of viewings, I just turned of the sound.
