I am 70 years old and have had no problem doing those exercises. The progression through warm-ups and stretches is great. I have used the DVD regularly for about three months and definitely feel a difference in strength, balance and stress reduction. I recommend it!

This DVD says it is for seniors, but I bought it because I have Osteoarthritis and Fibromyalgia. Even though I am only 51, I need something low-impact. Fibro has two problems: not enough seratonin in the brain, and the muscles do not stop moving so exercise is not conducive. When a person exercises, however, he or she must stop the muscle every time the muscle moves in one direction, then continue with the next movement and stop. Example: Move arm out, stop, move arm in, stop, move arm out, stop, etc. This DVD allows this movement. Exercise is the key to more exercise, but progression must be very slow or else regression occurs. This is a great DVD and I would recommend it for anyone who has limited movement, complete movement, or who needs to improve his or her movement.

A 60 minute work out that will get you going. helps with balance and tell when to use aids such as a chair. Some of the move are shown standing and sitting. I find that doing T'ai Chi work out help me sleep at night.

This is great for seniors who have physical limitations. The negative part is that the sound and picture quality is amateur. The price should be lower.
