Since watching this DVD I practice tai chi qigong all the time. It is easy to learn and practice and it makes me feel great.

I was really surprised how good this DVD is. I like the way Dr. Yang makes his presentations. Easy to follow. Nice.

This gives me the best warm-up routines before my tai chi practice. Highly recommended!
