The 10 Minute SolutionDirector: Andrea Ambandos, Michelle Nevidomsky
This exercise disc contains five different ten-minute workouts to help people at any fitness level. The DVD offers a standard full-frame transfer. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital Mono, which serves the material just fine. There are neither subtitles nor closed captions on this release. The only supplemental material is the ability to program the five workouts in any order so that the viewer can maximize the effectiveness of the workout. This is a fine exercise DVD.

I hate exercise but not with this DVD! This gives you so much more flexibility than regular workout videos. You can choose which workout is right for your mood. You can do the exercises back to back or do them separately if you are short on time. I thought I would never say this about an exercise video, but I LOVE IT! I recommend it to everyone I know.
I have hated exercise since childhood. I began 3 times a week, for 10 minutes per session. After two months, I am working out five times a week, for 3 10-minutes segments each time. The DVD allows you to arrange the segments into a program that suits you. I give this rave reviews.
I own alot of workout videos and this is one of my favorites. The 10 minutes segments are perfect when you are stressed for time. It would also be a great introduction to different kinds of workouts. I use the yoga segment the most to relax and it really helps my back.
This is a great DVD that I have recommended to everyone I know! It gives you so much flexibility in planning your own workouts, and they are over before you know it. I have a 10 month old son, and it makes it really easy to squeeze in 2 or 3 sessons in one day because if I need to stop to tend to him, it's not like stopping a long workout tape (which I almost never returned to!). I just begin a new one when I get a chance. I do not like to exercise, and I have struggled with weight for 10 years. But now, I am 15 lbs below my pre pregnancy weight! As my strength increased, I was able to move from a beginner workout to a more advanced one by doing the more intense sessions back to back. I'll stick to this one!
