    Great for Beginners

If you're new to erotic dancing or just interested in what it's all about, this is a good dvd to start you on the path. One criticism of this dvd is that the participants explain their feelings about the dance and their reasons for doing this type of dancing. It can be annoying if you're just wanting to learn the moves and have no problems with dancing erotically. I think this aspect was included in an effort to make women feel empowered about their sexuality and to help them in becoming comfortable with sexual movements. That being said, the dvd does do a good job of explaining the core moves. It's these core moves that form the foundation of erotic dancing. The instructor demonstrates the moves, then the viewer gets an opportunity to practice the moves and sees how the moves look on different sized, shaped women. This dvd also covers basic floor moves. It does not include pole or lap movements. At the end of the dvd, there is the performance section where each of the ladies present their own special moves.

My wife purchased this video, and she enjoyed it greatly... I enjoyed it even more- and I have not watched it! This video talks to women from women, they discus inner beauty, movement and how to find ones self sexy however you look. It is designed to help a women understand HER beauty and to discover how to use exotic dancing to bring enjoyment to herself and her lover.

    not what you think

i expected to get something like, stripercise or something, it wasn't like that, it's women, trying to do short stripping choragrophy, and it's more of how they felt about doing it, than how you can do it! big dissapointment, thank god i rented it from the library, than charge it to my bn card!!
