    Good Pole DVD

This is a good pole video in that it covers beginning to advanced moves. Also included is a warm-up session. My only criticism about this DVD is that it tries to cover too much in one DVD. I wish this DVD had been broken down into 3 parts as I would have liked one DVD to cover just beginning moves on the pole and then have successive DVDs cover intermediate and advanced moves. Also, the instruction and precautions are adaquate, but too few modifications are given for the intermediate/advanced movements. Of course, for those who have the flexibility and strength, modifications are probably not needed at the intermediate/advanced level. I would strongly suggest that before attempting the more advanced moves that you try to get instruction from a real instructor so as to not injury yourself.
