If you have been working out with other DVDs or get to the gym, you will probably find, like I did, that in order to get a good workout you really have to do the whole DVD. Just doing a 10 minute cardio or 10 minute upper body wasn't enough in and of itself. The cardio has two levels and it would be great added with some other workout on your own. If you are just getting started, I think this DVD will be very helpful.
The group is motivating and I like how they demonstrate beginners to more advance moves.
