Great work out! It is one of my favorite work out DVDs. I have seen siginifcant results in only few weeks.

I received this workout DVD yeasterday and I made myself get up at 6:30am today to try it out. I'm sure glad I did! I did the warmup and level one. It was great and motivational. I was sweating five mins into it. Can't wait to move on to level 2 next week. I know I will shed the pounds with this video.

This workout is great for those days that you don't want to go to the gym. I love the versitility of the 3 workouts and the warmup/cooldown. Once you've completed the 6 weeks you can mix it up for a good workout. The soundtrack could be better...I put my IPod on in the background for more motivation.

This boot camp kicked my butt! Everyone should try this though section 2 gets kind of touch if you don't have good upper body strength (like me). You can burn probably over 500 calories with this full workout!

I bought this along with a few other Biggest Loser DVDs. I was tired of trying to come up with my own workout routines and this was perfect. Bob works you through each exercise and he's very encouraging. He talks right to you-encourages you to keep going. My favorite line of his is "You're doing it-I know you're doing it!" This workout definitely got my heartrate up and kept me interested as Bob kept switching up the workout. Just know, however, that when you want to make this workout harder, you end up adding time to it as well as difficulty. For instance, the first segment is 20 minutes long. If you want to advance to Level 2 you'll add another 10 minutes and your workout will be 30 minutes long. To advance to the hardest level, your workout will be a total of 52 minutes long. So if you are crunched for time, this DVD may not be for you if you want to advance beyond Level 1. One of my favorite DVDs though.

I bought this DVD because I am a fan of the biggest loser. I love the fact that I see real people working out as hard as I am and look just like me as well as what I could look like if I keep working at it. I have been doing the dvd for 6 weeks now and just added heavier weights and feel like I am starting all over again. I love the way my body is changing and the way I feel. The best compliment I have received since I started this video came from my daughter when she said "WOW, mom I can feel your ribs when I hug you." She is 10 and has never been able to do that before. I highly recommend this video!! Give it a try, Your MIND, BODY, and SOUL will thank you for it.

Love it! I can really feel my ab muscles for days after doing the workout. I am a huge fan of the biggest loser.

After years of buying exercise DVD's that end up trying to convert you to a specific religion, fashion or look, Bob Harper has come up with several exercise DVD's, including this one, that will REALLY help you lose weight and tone up without all of the hype of additional products, diets, etc. With this DVD along with the BL Yoga DVD, there is no way anyone could go without losing and toning.

I cannot recommend buying any biggest loser dvds or maybe lions gate also- I didn't keep the receipt so I couldn't return it, but this is the second one that hasn't worked- and lionsgate will not return my email inquiries- obviously not impressed!
