This dvd is perfect if you're not very advanced in yoga! Bob does a great job leading through the workout and it definitely makes you sweat! But in order to really lose weight you definitely have to use this video along with some kind of cardio. Overall though I love it!!

The BL Yoga for weightloss is great for Beginner Yoga people, such as myself. This is my First Yoga DVD and I Luv it. Very Challenging... I have all 6 of the BL workout DVD's and use them all to Mix up my routine. Bob is my trainer and so Funny with his one liners. If you are a Fan of the show, then you should like the DVD's...

If you love the show, you'll love this DVD. Bob is an excellent trainer and in this DVD, he makes you feel as though he is truly talking directly to you. He has a very casual, unscripted way of getting you to relax, perform and enjoy the yoga. I really enjoy his personality so this DVD was just perfect for me and I think others will find it refreshing, too.

I was very surprised by just how much of a workout this yoga dvd actually is for me. My legs would be shaking afterwards, but I felt great! I even started wearing a heart monitor during the workout to see how many calories I would burn. I totally expected to burn only about 100 so imagine my surprise when I burned almost 400 during one yoga workout. I love this dvd!

I LOVE this yoga video! I am using this with my Wii active, and the results have been amazing. Bob is so friendly, without being annoying! There are three levels of workouts, and right now I am in the second level, and trust me, you will feel it! I hope Bob starts his own video line, because he is one of the best video instructors I have ever seen/heard! I have worked out to most of them, and you actually feel like Bob cares! Also, if, for some reason, you do get annoyed at hearing him say the same things over and over again, there is a music only option! What other DVD has this?? Even though the workout is hard, the time flys! Thanks, Biggest Loser, for giving us a great workout with this DVD!

I have always been a little bit heavy. I had never once felt good enough to do anything about my weight. I would always eat the wrong things and never exercise. I was so inspire from last year winner Michelle from the biggest loser; I wanted to do something but never really did anything. So, this year when the new biggest loser show started, I wanted to start too by exercising and eating properly. I order this DVD along with the boot camp workout hoping to lose weight and feel better about myself. My routine was doing yoga DVD everyday while alternating the bootcamp DVD. After three weeks, I notice my thighs and legs getting smaller. Although my weight stay the same, I felt good because I saw results. It was hard work for someone who is consider obese. I pushed myself. I sweated. I got sore like anyone who decide to workout again. I started working out in Feburary and now it's September; I have lost a total of 30lbs. It took hard work, dedication, properly eating(meaning no more soda anymore), and true to thy self. I tell myself I worth it- and so can you. Everyday before I go to work I do yoga-never in a million years would I imagine myself doing yoga. If you feel, you are tired of looking at the ulgy person in front the mirror- order this DVD it will help you get strong in your legs, stomach, be more relax and LOSE WEIGHT. I did it and so can you! I still got a long way to go but I do feel 30lbs lighter!

this dvd was the first time i have tried yoga. i wasn't expecting much because it looks so easy but have been doing this now for a month and i LOVE it! i was shocked to learn that i would need a set of small hand weights and a water/medicine ball (for levels 2 & 3) but was amazed with the results. i used to have lower back pain and yoga has helped my back get back into place :)

LOVE IT, as with all the biggest loser videos! I am 142 pounds and love the show. I have never been over weight but always love trying new things to stay healthy. I have problem areas like all of us I am trying to target. My midsection is my problem area. This was my first time doing yoga. I am glad I bought the DVD. The only complaint I have will hopefully get better the more I do it. The exercises are really painful on my wrists. I may try a variation and "lay" on my forearm in stead of up on my hand to do the exercises.

This is a great workout. A nice combination of yoga with strength and balance. I love that at the beginning of the DVD I can choose which portions I want to do that day and customize my workout. Bob Harper is really hot so that helps a lot! He does mess up a few times in the instruction, but I didn't ever not know what he meant. The only thing I don't like about this DVD is that when Bob says he is going to have you hold for "a few more seconds" a lot of the time it's literally 10 seconds. I like my trainers to not tell me how much longer and definitely not make it longer than what they tell me. Just a personal preference. I definitely recommend the DVD for beginners to intermediate.
