    The Deal

I love William H. Macy's characters, and his new one in The Deal is no exception. He plays a depressed screenwriter who gets a chance to make one last, insanely plotted movie. LL Cool J and Meg Ryan co-star in this wacky film within a film style experience.

    Great movie!

I was pleasantly surprised by this movie! I was expecting just another simple, predictable story that I would forget about in a day, but was impressed by how original and interesting the plot was. It had just the right balance of seriousness, comedy, and even a little romance withought being overbearing. This is a movie that I think is universally appealing and can be enjoyed by anyone.
