A fun bit of fantastic storytelling. Robert Duvall, Donald Sutherland, Treat Williams, and the vastly likeable Michael Caine (even as a German) star in a great little 'What If' movie. Suspend belief...this is a 'war movie' in the same way that 'Kelly's Heroes' is. It's suspenseful, to a degree, but let's face it, good actors in a compelling story is what drives this flick. The book by Jack Higgins with the same name is recommeded, too. Buy 'em!
