This is a fun 60-minute workout. It makes me sweat a good amount. I recently added this one to my cardio routine, and enjoy spicing up my workouts with a low impact (dance-like) DVD. There are five instructors who move to center stage to show different routines. That's a nice feature that adds nuance to the workout. I particularly like the last segment with Allison. She is the instructor for the latin dance moves that are incorporated into a more traditional aerobics routine. If you get bored with the same DVDs, this one is worth buying to rev things up and to keep you motivated.
