This advanced exercise DVD is a killer workout! It hits all of the target areas and I love to do it!

This is a great workout. It is challenging, but very doable. And the pace is great - she switches between cardio and weights, so it doesn't get boring. I wore a heart rate monitor during the workout, and sure enough, over 500 calories burned!

It's surely a tough workout! It got the sweat dripping and my pulse racing. I thought she goes too fast from one routine into another. By the time I figure out the moves,,,,,she's gone on to a new routine. At least I kept moving, even if it wasn't with the rest of the girls! I believe that many calories were burned!

Great mix of cardio and weights! The instructor does a good job of keeping you informed of what steps are coming up so that it is easier to follow than most videos that are on the market. And its not boring! She spends just enought time on each section, going back and forth between cardio training and using weights. My entire body felt the workout the next day. I knew I worked out muscles that would typically be ignored. This is my favorite workout in my collection so far.

Not a bad workout. Definately did not burn 500 calories, but the routine is likeable enough. Second time through was easier, the first time, was trying to figure out some of the steps. I do this one every now and again, but not regularly.

I have alot of Firm workouts and I was very pleased to have this new addition. Kelsie is very upbeat. It took me acouple of times to get the choreography down but it's a great, heart pounding work out.
