I am very disappointed. I was looking so forward to seeing Extreme's tribute and others. Here are 2 discs and not even the entire show. I would like to put my VHS on DVD but the quality might be poor; nevermind those copywright issues. I can't tell you how disappointed I am. Now to write Queen....

I AM GLAD THAT QUEEN TOOK THE TIME TO RELEASE THE CONCERT ON DVD, BUT WHERE IS THE FIRST HALF OF THE SHOW? ANYONE WHO HAS SEEN THE OLD VHS VIDEO IS BOUND TO BE DISSAPOINTED BY THE MISSING PERFORMANCES BY EXTREME, DEF LEPPARD AND THE REST OF THE BANDS. EXTREME'S SET WAS ESPECIALLY IMPRESSIVE GIVEN BRYAN MAY'S OBVIOUS AFFECTION FOR AND APPRECIATION OF THE GROUP. THE PACKAGING DOESN'T INCLUDE A SET LIST ON THE OUTSIDE SO I THINK QUITE A FEW PEOPLE WILL ASSUME THAT IT'S ALL IN THERE. GIVEN THAT IT'S 2 DVD'S THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM. C'MON QUEEN, GIVE US THE REST OF THE SHOW!!!

This was a great concert, for a great cause. I just wish they would have left the part of the concert with the group Extreme. Their tribute to Freddie Mercury was the best of any of the performances in the concert. Thank you, Extreme. Wish I had a great copy of your portion of the concert. If anyone knows of a way to get it, let me know. Thank you.

WOW! I am so glad to hear that I am not crazy. I have looked for years for a DVD copy of the Freddie Mercury Tribute concert-namely the performance by the group Extreme. They were fantastic! They were very energetic, and sounded great, during a high point in their career. The Queen songs they sang complimented them, and Freddie Mercury. We have a terrible copy which includes the set by Extreme. It was recorded from our VCR. The copy was bad to start with, and has worsened over the years. I have seen this 'Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert' video available and assumed maybe it was a different set, or a different concert because Extreme's portion was not there. Why would a video be released without the best part of the concert? If anyone knows a way to get a better quality video, or DVD of the concert which would include the performance by Extreme, please e-mail me. Thank you.
