Little do they know what lies ahead -- yep, another crazy psychotic hitchhiker (Jake Busey)! Can Jim relive the same nightmare twice or will Maggie have to step up to the plate to defeat the grinning menace? From Corman-bred director Louis Morneau (Bats) comes this long-awaited sequel to one of the biggest cult films of '80s cable and video history.

    Disappointing Sequel

The best thing about the first movie was the suspense. We did not know what to expect. This second movie is a bad rehash of the first with a lot of action and no suspense at all. As always C. Thomas Howell did an excellent job, but this is simply a mediocre script.

    The Hitcher 2

Didn't like it one bit, maybe it would of been better off without a sequel but still it was okay to see something different i suppose but overall i prefer the original any day than its sequels but some aren't as bad though are alright at times.
