Barnes & Noble - Christina Urban
At the end of the second season, Tina (Laurel Holloman) went into labor with her and Bette's (Jennifer Beals) baby, while Jenny (Mia Kirshner) suffered a nervous breakdown after recovering previously repressed memories of being raped. Season 3 begins six months after those events and finds Bette and Tina still at odds in their relationship, despite new daughter Angelica. As their partnership begins to disintegrate, Tina reveals that she may have feelings for men and starts up a relationship with Henry (Steven Eckholdt), leading Bette to a desperate act at the end of the season. Jenny returns to L.A. after spending time with her mother (Margot Kidder) and meets new love interest Claude (Elodie Bouchez, from Alias). Dana (Erin Daniels) receives devastating news: She's been diagnosed with late-stage breast cancer. Alice (Leisha Hailey), who has always harbored a love for her, becomes her caregiver, resulting in a heartbreaking moment for the two friends. Kit (Pam Grier) gets a new boyfriend, Angus (Dallas Roberts), and hires a new manager for The Planet, Billie Blaikie (Alan Cumming). And finally, Shane (Katherine Moenning) proposes marriage to Carmen (Sarah Shahi), but as they make the trip up to Canada for the nuptials, Shane gets cold feet.
