No additional equipment is needed for this workout, but a smooth, flat surface is helpful. Adaptable for all fitness levels. ~ Heather M. Fierst

    Overall, very good

The only negative thing I can find on this DVD is the careless usage and mispronunciation of ballet terms Ms. Kriss throws around. She should place some emphasis on pronouncing these terms correctly, as well as using them only when appropriate, as well as applying them to the appropriate moves.

    Easy to Learn Workout

When I first saw this video, I love the way the Instructors started slow and then picked up the pace. The routine is broken down so its easy to learn with practice. I borrowed this video from the Public Library first, and after I exercised to it a few times, I wanted my own. I think you will enjoy this video if you like danicing. Invite some friends over and exerice with this video.
